FAQ
Does Clubhand replace ClubDesk or Webling?
No. Clubhand takes care of events, shifts and helpers – accounting and membership fees stay where they are. You import the member list as CSV.
Does every helper have to install the app?
No. Members are best off with the app; outside helpers sign up in the browser via the link or QR poster – no account needed.
Where is our data?
On servers in Zurich (Supabase, Swiss region). No ads, no tracking. The club stays in control of its data; Clubhand processes it on the club's behalf (data processing agreement).
Who sees what?
Members see names on shifts. Only admins see e-mail addresses. Outside helpers only see the open places, no names.
